I ordered curtains, and then tried to cancel the order before it was placed. The seller was very accommodating with the shipping cost and was able to fulfill a shorter length than what I had ordered. The curtains arrived and were of high quality. The linen looks expensive and the black out shade is heavy and functions as one would expect. I was truly impressed at the responsiveness, ability to trouble-shoot, and flexibility in changing the order prior to shipping. The owner of this company definitely has their heart in it and is a good communicator.We really liked these! We got a blackout set which is essentially a lining on one side. The curtains are very well made. The stitching is good. They are a little on the heavier side just like the description says so make sure your rods are designed to hold the weight. But they are not too heavy. These are custom made curtains with blackout lining, what did you expect? :) I paired them with smart curtain rod that is rated for up to 70 lbs and I like the finished look and functionality so much. I’ve noticed some reviewers complain that it’s a single curtain. Well duh… read the description or ask seller a question before buying. So you need to add a quantity of 2 to your order. Yes, these come quite pricey but still a lot cheaper than what you’d order at the local store. I also had some doubts but the seller answered all my questions so I was able to make an educated decision before placing the order. They have quite good color selection. I wish they offered a sample option so you can feel and see different color of fabric in person before plcaing an order. But me and my wife like the end result and quality of these. Oh, these are machine washable as well (cold water only, gentle cycle) so that’s a bonus. The old ones we had to take to dry cleaning. Overall these are excellent curtains!Where to start… Drafty, cold entry with single glass door and double wide front door with windows on the side needed thermal curtains but I did not want them to look industrial. Light gray stone floor, white stucco walls, and we wanted clean, modern look, custom size, not too expensive. Ordered small door first so we could try out in standard size and possible return. They were fantastic and arrived much quicker than expected. Then we added the large second set of panels. Customer service rep was extremely helpful in helping us with a size adjustment, and they arrived in just over 2 weeks. No custom order locally could match this. Result is a very welcoming entry hall, warm at night, all for under $400. Plan to remove them in the summer, machine washable!, and store for a few months. Amazing. I was wary at first because all the communications was through Amazon messages. I ordered a different size than what I required and the seller assured me that they will create the custom size I need. They created perfect custom fit curtains and I received it in about 2 weeks. High quality black out curtains with a good weight and easy to install. If I ordered custom curtains locally it would take much longer and cost 5 times as much. Ordering from China is faster (even with shipping ) and less expensive. Quality is top notch! Don't hesitate to purchase.I ordered these pleated linen-textured, room darkening/blackout curtains for my whole house. Love the linen texture and overall look. Communication with China was easier and faster than dealing with local stores despite the time zone difference. The pleat hooks are adjustable, which is awesome. I do recommend a steamer to steam out wrinkles. Definitely recommend.Very easy to install and great quality. Very happy with them.They did not fit although it may have been my measuring that was off. They were extremely heavy and I don’t think my rod would have held them. But worst of all was the return information. The seller offered to pay 50% of the cost if we didn’t want to bother with returning it because we could be charged with both return shipping and additional restocking and other fees. This was extremely misleading because the item was listed as free returns. Since they were so heavy, I’ll toyed with the idea Of following their suggestion. But then I decided to go with Amazons free returns policy and I shipped them back. We ended up getting a total refund. But I think that was deceptive and that Amazon should not permit the seller to make such statements to the buyer. I have to admit I was really shocked by that!The best black out curtains ever! High quality!
